Enjoy good & healthy bread every day with the family
If you'd like to be guided step-by-step to start making your own sourdough bread at home, you've come to the right place!
I'd be happy to share with you my method (simple and effective), my "Antoine" sourdough starter, and all the tips to easily succeed with your bread.
I offer:
A 1.5-hour workshop, in a small group, to learn how to make tasty and healthy bread
You'll get to see and understand how each of the 5 steps is carried out:
1. Refresh -> 2. Mix -> 3. Fold -> 4. Shape -> 5. Bake
You'll get a clear picture of the entire process (from the hands-on techniques to the necessary resting periods), plus helpful tips to ensure success at every step.
I'll give you a handy booklet that summarizes everything, and you can take notes in it during the workshop.
We'll enjoy together a loaf of bread that we baked together.
You will leave with:
✔ The ingredients to make your first bread at home: starter, 500g of organic flour, a baker's horn
✔ Confidence and the desire to get started
✔ Support and emulation of the whatsapp group with other participants
✔ The pride of creating with your hands and delighting your family.
✔ And I hope for the passion of sourdough
About me
I'm a Certified Coach and Psychologist-in-training, guiding people through life's turning points to make authentic choices and boldly ACT on their own terms.
Baking bread is a side project and above all a passion I love to share.
Here is how it happened...
I discovered homemade sourdough bread almost by chance during a stay in the West of France with my cousin Antoine in the summer of 2023. We had planned a bike ride between Le Pouliguen and Le Croisic, and we were surprised to find, upon waking up, a loaf of bread fresh from the oven to prepare our sandwiches.
I still remember the pleasure I had in tasting this bread with a splendid view. A perfect day :)


A little while later, I was raving so much about Antoine's bread that he offered to mail me some starter so I could give it a try. I was in! Even though a little voice in my head said it would be too hard, I said yes. I got my starter and tucked it safely in my bag for Singapore a few days later!
I dove into videos, blogs, recipes, and methods. I nailed my first loaf, then my second... I was totally hooked on this new thing.
So, why am I telling you all this?
Because sourdough bread has become a real passion for me. My husband and kids joke that it's my third child! When I'm into something, I can't wait to share it. I started with friends, and it was so fun to see them get into it too.
Now, I want to bring this amazing bread to your kitchen, so you can have as much fun and deliciousness as I do!

The workshop lasts 1.5 hours and will take place at my place ( Yio Chu Kang / Seletar district ).
The price is SGD 75 per person (or 50 SGD per person for family members or a private session).
